Chloe Meinershagen
Songwriting
Chloe Meinershagen is a singer-songwriter artist whose inspiration comes from an upbringing in a family of artists. Originally a pianist and violinist, Chloe enjoys expressing emotion and telling stories through music and song.
Chloe co-founded the Singer Songwriter Club at Texas State University, establishing an annual showcase for young artists. Chloe was also selected for both the Johnny Mercer Songwriting Intensive and Songwriters Project.
Chloe's debut album One Little Weed, released in 2025. Most recently, Chloe released a new single "Be Grateful". Inspired by artists like Lizzy Mcalpine, Sara Bareilles, and Madison Cunningham, Chloe is continuing to develop their songwriting style and sound.



One Little Weed
Chloe's debut album was released in May 2025 and is available on all streaming platforms. This album was created through Texas State University as Chloe's Honors Thesis Project. This concept album is centered on seven songs journeying the start and end of a fictionalized relationship using nature metaphors and a singer-songwriter style. Be Grateful
Chloe Meinershagen's new single, "Be Grateful", is out on all streaming platforms. Cowritten with Makena Metz, this song was written about the concept of trying to journal a list of gratitude while mentally struggling. This folk song was written originally at the Johnny Mercer Young Songwriters Intensive in 2024. Produced by Justin Sinclair and Mixed and Mastered by Jackson Craig.
